Inter Care – Medical Aid for Africa is an international charity, which sends unused patient returned medicines to over 100 African health units in rural sub-Saharan Africa.

Many health centres incorporate Nutritional Rehabilitation Centres where malnourished children are nursed back to healthDoctor Peter writes a prescription at Pramso Hospital in Ghana

The charity does not receive Government or Lottery Funding, so works extremely hard raising the vital funds needed to continue making a difference to the lives of millions of people who rely on the charity's services.

There are hundreds of ways you can help the charity. With your support, we can help save the lives of more people in Africa. Now you can help!

There are so many ways you can help to raise funds for Inter Care – Medical Aid for Africa. You can make online donations or setup monthly donations on our Inter Shares scheme. If you can spare some of your free time we always need more volunteers to help out. There is also the Inter Read scheme, where we accept medical or non fiction books which we sell to raise much needed funds. We also have the Medi Stamps scheme where you can buy stamps to help us send the much needed medicines we collect on to people in Africa. You can, of course, also donate any of your unused medicines by returning them to a GP practice which is registered with Inter Care.
