This health centre began in 2004 and is run by Sister Kerwong Emerenta who is Matron. The unit is 45km from Bamenda and the condition of the roads has improved. There is 44 beds on 8 wards which include medical men & women, childrens and maternity facilities. There is a resident doctor and 1 midwife amongst the 12 staff members. The population of the catchment area is 32,390 people.
The centre has been waiting for medicines from Inter Care since October 2007. In February 2009, we received a grant which enabled us to adopt this clinic and start sending medical supplies.
